Your children look nothing like you. Are you sure you're their mother?
Oh, and thanks for going grocery shopping with me yesterday. I forgot the freakin' oats. How can you make oatmeal cookies without oats?! Good thing you talked me into getting the pre-made mix as well.
Cute! How tall is peanut (allergy) now? I'm trying to figure out if the clothes I'd like to send you are actually going to fit him this fall. :-) (they'd be too warm for him to wear right now)
Well, he's nine months now and he's on the verge of outgrowing his 6-9 month clothes as we speak. Some of the 6-9 are still just right, some have a little bit of room to grow, and some are too small for him. Thanks, Whit!
For the Love of Neil Diamond, BUY THIS BOOK. I'm in it, I promise.

Welcome, Stalkers and Thrill-seekers!
I get that you stalk my blog. I'm cool with that. In fact, I love it. If you would like to continue to stalk me, by all means make it easier on yourself by adding me to Google Reader. Feel free to comment on any post, regardless of how old it is. And if you're feeling particularly extroverted you can now email me at abbysdelusionsofgrandeur *at* gmail *dot* com.
I'm Abby, wife to The Husband and mother to our daughter Peawhistle (aged 11; aka She Who Is Hormonal and Surly), son Peanut (aged 8; aka He Who Is Allergic to Life Itself), and daughter SweetPea (aged 6; aka The Horrible One Who's Too Cute to Sell).
I have several friends. None of them blog about me enough. Fortunately, I blog enough about myself to make up for their inadequacies in this department and as friends in general.

Hell yeah, they win.
I know they look nothing like me. Why do you think they're so cute? They look every bit like The Husband, something which makes him relieved I'm sure.
