"Really??"

See? Look. Really long time. Thanks for commenting, some of you.

Anyway, if you follow Navel Gazing, you've already seen this. If you don't, go follow that blog and then get back to me. I'm stealing the video she has up right now. It's GREAT.

See? GREAT. And in case you hadn't seen it (and thus didn't get some of the parody) here is the official trailer it was based upon:

he he he. ho ho ho. I am much more likely to spend $9 watching the Parody when it comes out then the real deal.

Man, I wish they'd come out with a parody movie. That would rock.

Ryan will probably be mad that I'm writing this. He is the biggest Twilight enthusiast I know, except for maybe Breanne who has read the book 30 plus times. His exact quote when he saw the trailer was, "It almost brought me to tears." (And that's in an I-love-this-so-much-I-can-hardly-stand-it way, not an oh-my-gosh-that-was-so-stupid way.) This from the man who has not cried once since I've known him--not for our wedding or the births of our children.

To clarify, the actual trailer, not the parody. He hasn't seen that yet.

Tears, eh? The parody made me cry, too, if that helps.

Where do you find these things? That was hilarious! Thanks for posting it!

That doesn't look anything like it does in my head. I don't think I'm going to watch it. I don't get parody's. They're not funny.

Good find! I love the part where she gets smashed by the car. That's my favorite.

I like the part where he he tries to hide his candy bar. This was so funny! (And I have never read the books.)

For those asking, I found it over at Navel Gazing at its Finest, run by Sue. She always has great crap over there. I've linked to her from my blog if you want the address.

I love the candy bar bit, too. The look on his face when he's trying to hide it cracks me up.

Kristi, you love Corky Romano. Of course you wouldn't find real humor funny. Weird woman....

that is pretty dang funny. thanks abby!

Real humor, your definition is a little odd. Don't tell me you're one of those Napoleon Dynamite lovers, that's what this kind of humor reminds me of. Either it's just really stupid and you're laughing at I don't know what or it is so far over my head that I don't even get it one bit. Either way, you're the odd one.

I'm just posting so that you can have a nice even 13 comments. I didn't actually watch the parody because it would take about 7 hours to load on my computer. Oh well.

I loved this! It was hilarious. My favorite part was the candy bar thing too. I'm going to share this with everyone I know.

You know darn well I liked Napoleon Dynamite. If satire isn't your thing, remind me not to invite you to The Project. You would definitely NOT find it funny.
